Shipping policy
DOMESTIC:
We ship from Australia. Once fulfilled, domestic orders usually arrive at your address in 5-8 business days for Standard Shipping (may be up to 10 business days and 19 business days for Western Australia), and 2-3 business days for Express Shipping (may be 6+ business days for Western Australia).
Special order items including EARTSCH and Dark Systems may take up to 6-8 weeks for production and shipping.
INTERNATIONAL:
Standard:
Shipping times to the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania average 10-18 business days, but may take up to 33 business days.
Express:
Shipping times to the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania are 4-16 business days, but average 7-12 business days. Delivery of some items may fall either side of this range due to warehouse locations.
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as stock arrives. Southern K9 Systems does all in their power to achieve shipment of pre-ordered goods as soon as stock is received. Any delays outside of this are out of Southern K9 Systems hands. Southern K9 Systems reserves the right to change deadlines for shipment of pre-orders dependent on delays relating to manufacturer, freight and customs.
Processing Times
Orders generally take up to 3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends or during holiday periods. Some orders may take up to 4 weeks to process ie we do not hold a large quantity of stock of Dark Systems or EARTSCH products, and may need to take stock from Europe to fulfill your order.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please note that Southern K9 Systems can not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items once shipping has occurred.
